Camu Camu Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Bowl

 So, its officially winter here in CLT, the highs have only been in the 30's the last couple days, I'm miserably cold, yet I couldn't resist blending up this frozen bowl using my newest superfood obsession, Camu Camu Powder, rather than eating a warm & cozy bowl of oats!
 I've been eyeing this Super Power Powder for quite some time and finally decided to splurge on this tiny bag, exploding with healthy goodness -- Antioxidants, Amino Acids, Vit C & Potassium, to name a few!

BASE
organic frozen blueberries. 1 cup
organic frozen strawberries. 1 cup
navita's naturals camu powder. 1 teaspoon
maca powder. 1 teaspoon
cinnamon. a few shakes
vanilla protein powder. 1 scoop
unsweetened, vanilla almond milk (3/4 cup) + water (1/2 cup)

TOPPINGS
organic blackberries & strawberries
chia seeds. 2 tablespoons
unsweetened, shredded coconut

I seriously could eat these dessert-like smoothie bowls for brek every day!! Loaded with fiber, omega-3's, plant-based protein, vitamins & minerals, this bowl kept me full until lunchtime!
