FitSpo Friday / What's Your Personal Best?

So earlier in the week I was scrolling thru my camera roll looking for a picture  and came across this one....

And was like damnnn....hahah
I took this after my favorite yoga fusion class sometime during the midst of last summer!  
My abs aren't quite as lean as this at the moment, and neither is my entire body, actually, but this pic is such an amazing motivational photo for me because it reminds me of what I am capable of & looking at this photo will push me to get back to this leannesssss! I'm always a little softer in the winter & super lean in the S/S season -- it kinda just happens naturally, living with and moving thru the seasons. Winter fucking sucks (sorry for the language) and I have to work so hard to stay in shape. But, in summer, it just all seems to happen so effortlessly. My body is so much happier & in balance during the warmer months of the year.

Your motivation is in the mirror, never compare yourself to anyone else - this only sets you up for disappointment. We all have our PERSONAL best and that's the only thing you should strive to be, - a little better than you were yesterday.
