Food & Fitness: 10.26 - 11.2.14

Happy Monday & Happy November, lovelies!
Hope everyone had a fun, safe and Happy Halloweenie weekend. My weekend was full of all the things I love - yoga, my babe, good friends and good food and wine, out & about in CLT, lots of sleep and everything in between :) 

Sharing some recent clean eats + what workouts have looked like over the last week. Oh and and a few selfies along the way... lol

Last Monday was completely different compared to the previous Meatless Monday...
We picked up these so-good, local pork chops at Atherton Market, prepared them super simple & topped off with a yummy sweet & spicy pineapple salsa + a giant salad, of course!

Tuesday am kicked off with this yummy green smoothie which quickly went into a Luna's jar and into the car to fly to work.. but first, a selfie. lol

Super simple & so good..
Arugala | Grape Tomatoes | Mushrooms | Hummus
Dressing: Avocado Oil, Sea Salt + Cayenne Pepper

Saturday afternoon, a couple hours before yoga we popped into Bang Bang Burger over on Pecan to get some yummy grub. I ordered my meat wrapped up in lettuce with a side of lettuce. haha The boy got a super yummy burger & fries and you better believe I snatched a few out of his basket. NumNums.

Sunday afternoon snacks...
Kale + Edamame Salad | Cucumber + Chicken Salad

apres hot yoga dinner at 300 East on Sunday night. 
I can't tell you how happy I was when I asked what the Soup of the Day is and the A: Pea Soup! LOVE! :)
I ordered the veggie plate which came with yellow bean salad & sautéed greens + these delicious roasted root vegetables. So good. 

Workouts of the Week: 


Sunday:
- 90 minutes, hot yoga
Monday: 
- outdoor workout, here
Tuesday & Wednesday: 
-
3+ mile walk all over the city
- Thursday: 
- 20 minutes cardio
- full body strength circuit
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 
- 60 minutes, hot yoga
