Food & Fitness: 3.15 - 3.22

Happy Monday everyone! Hope you had a great weekend and looking forward to a brand new week! I woke up this morning to full on flu symptoms -- body aches, nausea, chills & sweats -completely out of nowhere. I had no choice but to cancel all my clients, and have literally been sleeping ALL day. Its about 830pm and this is my first time out of the bed for longer than about 3 minutes. I honestly can't say enough how sleep is incredibly precious & healing to our bodies. I'm nibbling on a couple rice cakes and planning to just get back in bed to sleep thru the night and hoping to wake up all better in the morning. #WhishfulThinking 

So this is what workouts have looked like over the last week! I haven't posted an F&F Post in a while but love to share these with you all and hope they they help to motivate you to stay active & fuel up on healthy, wholesome foods!

- 60 minutes. hot yoga 
Monday. 3.16 
- 60 minutes. hot yoga
Tuesday. 3.17
- cardio: 30 minutes - precore AMT on Fat Burner/Intervals Program
- weights: 3 rounds of everything
db flat bench press: 20x
kettlebell squats: 20
narrow grip pull ups: 20x
Wednesday. 3.18
- pilates mat work: legs/booty/abs with 3lb ankle weights
- cardio: 20 minutes - precore AMT on Fat Burner/Intervals Program
Thursday. 3.19. 
rest day. glorious 80 minute Ashiatsu Deep Tissue massage
Friday. 3.20.
- cardio: 20 minutes, treadmill. power walk
- full body circuit
Saturday. 3.21. Cardio Sesh 
- 30 minutes, HIIT Treadmill Workout
- 15 minutes, Precore AMT on Fat Burner Program
Sunday. 3.22
- the plan was to go to my usual Sunday yoga class but I woke up tired from the night before and super sore from my previous 2 gym workouts. It was such a beautiful day, I took about a 40 minutes power walk outside and it felt wonderful

Last Friday, I drove up to meet my sister for lunch at 131 Main 
We shared their amazing Cornbread & I had the Ahi Tuna Salad, per usual. lol And they served my green tea in the cutest way ever! :)

Sunday night, (15th) I made me and my babe Beef & Lamb Kramenadles. So yum! Basically like mini hamburgers but 10x better. And a big salad to go with!
