French Style Icon Emmanuelle Alt + Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

I've been obsessed with French Vouge editor-in-chief, Emmanuelle Alt for the last several years and decided it was about time I stop keeping her (and her style) to myself! haha

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a Francophile to the nth degree. French food, decor, the language, the country, people, culture, that accent (Oh là là!) and Paris, it captured my heart. But that never-trying-too-hard French style -- I adore it!  The French just have that certain je ne sais quoi about them, and I believe Lady Alt possesses just that and then some....she's just fucking cool!

Emmanuelle & her style are quintessential of the French woman... effortlessly casual-cool, never taking too long to get ready, yet always put together just so. Personally, I identify with this as I'm a pretty no-fuss girl but always sure to be put together when stepping out. A lady should always take pride in her appearance whether your in a pair of leggings or your highest heels!
I am mix between a tomboy x girly girl and my personal style reflects that. Essentially, I am jeans & Tee kinda girl, love the basics but find ways to make my outfits more "me" with the addition of  simple jewelry, scarves, bags & shoes!

Your style should be an extension of who you are - your second skin, so to speak. Buy only the clothes that you absolutely love love love & cannot live without, (this has become my shopping motto) that fit your figure & make you feel confident, beautiful, sexy & secure in who you are!

Here are a few of my favorite Emmanuelle Alt Style Moments. All photos are via Pinterest where I have a board dedicated to all things Emmanuelle if you'd like to follow along here! xx

Much Love,
