MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO SMOOTHIE BOWL

G'Morning & Happy Monday, loves! I cannot believe this week is here - finalleee!! Adam will be home this weekend after being away for the entire summer. He's been gone since JUNE filming Damsel in Park City and just wrapped up the last week on the Coast of Oregon. Needless to say, I felt a certain giddiness as I woke up this morning and I'm hoping this week fly's by! Hurry Up, Saturday! :)

So, I whipped up another fun coffee creation end of last week to share with you guys! I've been crushin' on these frozen coffee treats more and more lately! You get your dose of caffeine + your nutrition (protein, fiber, antioxidants) & your sweet tooth craved all at once! Yaaaas! 

MOCHA FRAPPUCCINO SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS
6-8oz. coffee (remove from pot of press to chill in the fridge pre-blender ;) )
2 frozen bananas
ground flaxseed. 2 tablespoons
cacao powder. 1 tablespoon
trader joe's pumpkin pie spice. about 5 shakes (I'm totally craving fall already and have been using this stuff for the last 2 weeks)
vanilla protein powder of your choice. 1 scoop /serving
*add a handful of ice if its not cold enough with just the bananas

TOPPINGS
I kept it super simple, using fresh figs & strawberries + a sprinkling of super seed blend from trader joes. I didn't add any banana slices because there's already 2 blended. have fun & add whatever healthy toppings you have in the house!
