On-The-Go Chia Seed Breakfast Parfait

Running a bit behind, as I often do, to get out the door and off to work the other morning I quickly threw together this super delicious & nutritious chia seed parfait packed with my favorite fruits & superfoods! 

Even in the biggest rush, skipping breakfast is not an option for me and its shouldn't be for you. Breakfast kick starts your metabolism, give you energy & sets the tone for your day ahead! 
This took all of 3 minutes to put together and was so good as I happily ate it in the car on my way to work! lol

What I Used:
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds soaked in almond milk - 
- organic dark frozen cherries -
- raw pepitas -
- more almond milk -
- organic frozen blueberries -
- topped off with my fave Big Spoon Roaster's Almond Butter -

This is sooo not a recipe, I just tossed some of my faves that I always have on hand in the fridge/freezer and layered 'em on in my glass. I simply soaked my chia seeds in about 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk and popped it in the fridge while I was upstairs getting ready for work (about 20 minutes). Before adding in all my yummies, I gave my chia pudding a good stir started with some cherries, sprinkled in some pepitas, a splash of AM, added in my blueberries, another splash of AM then a gob of AB.
