Another day, another yummy green smoothie!
Why I love this combination...
- Pineapple & Banana. 2 of my favorite fruits adds the perfect amount of sweetness
- Spinach. The mildest of leafy greens, blends up super smooth and you literally can't even taste the greens. I always recommend spinach for anyone who might be a green smoothie newbie :)
- Lemon + Ginger. Cleansing & Energizing. I love how I feel when I make a smoothie with these 2 superfoods!
- Chia Seeds. Add thickness & texture and keep me full & satisfied longer
Pineapple + Banana & Ginger Green Smoothie
♡ organic baby spinach, 2 handfuls
♡ pineapple, 4 slices
♡ 1 banana
♡ 1/2 organic lemon, juiced
♡ fresh, organic ginger, about 1 inch chunk
♡ Chia Seeds, 2 tblspns (presoaked in each cup)
♡ unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of your choice)
