Sunday Dinner -- 1.8.15

Last minute Sunday DinDin turned into one of my all time faves -- Schnitzels, + sautéed green beans with garlic & cherry tomatoes. Such a simple dinner & so delicious! 
It took no time to cook this up and we so enjoyed our meal! YumNums! :)

About our dinner:
- steamed green beans for about 4-5 minutes, drained + cold water....set aside until ready to sauté with garlic & tomatoes. Super hot pan + Safflower Oil -- sauté  tomatoes first, then garlic, then add in your green beans. sauté for about 4-5 minutes. 
- for a little extra flavor, I added oregano + pink salt & pepper to bread crumbs. egg & bread chicken (pounded out, organic chicken breasts). Pan fry each side till golden brown, pop in the oven to keep warm while the others are cooking. 

So easy & so good!
