The Little Crow That Could...

April Yoga Challenge: Day 23: Baby Bakasana

I'm kinda in love with this adorable, mini arm balance. One day, this little baby crow will grow up to be a big, strong crow - forearms lifted,  feets-a-floating, perhaps even a tripod headstand! :) haha While this is the smallest & simplest of arm balances, it still takes a great deal of strength to not dump into your arms and well...land on your face.

Baby Bakasana

Take a squat & place forearms down. Fingers spread wide and shoulder blades draw in towards the spine. place knees on triceps/armpits....

lean forward, lean forward, gaze forward - round your back, draw abs in tightly...

aaaand lift off! The cutest baby crow you ever did see ;)
