Tropical Summer Smoothie Bowl w/ Pineapple, Mango & Coconut

Hi babes! Happy Hump Day! So! I'm unofficially calling it summer! The heat & humidity have been down right nastay and finding ways to keep your cool is a must! I don't know about you guys, but when the the air is hot & heavy, I crave fruit, fruit & more fruit - tropical ones, especially - like pineapple, mango & papaya. YAAAAAS

Enter this delicious & naturally sweet, frozen treat!! Make this dessert-for-breakfast bowl, on a hot afternoon or as a simple & healthy dessert on a sticky summers night! I kept this super simple, not adding any protein powders or super foods, but feel free to toss any boosters into the blender if you'd like to make this more of a meal! If so, I'd recommend a vanilla protein powder! ;)

Tropical Summer Smoothie Bowl
w/ Pineapple, Mango & Coconut

BASE
6oz water or unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I used water)
1 cup organic frozen mango cubes (I used Trader Joes)
1 frozen banana
3 slices fresh pineapple (I usually have fresh pineapple cut up in my fridge all summer!) 
I tablespoon organic coconut oil

TOPPINGS
banana slices
fresh pineapple
organic blueberries
organic, unsweetened coconut flakes (Trader Joes)
