Hi Hi & Happy Monday, loves! Popping in to share what workouts have looked like over the last week, which can pretty much be summed up with boxing, boxing & more boxing! lol If you tune into my WTW Posts regularly, you've been seeing boxing show up in the rotation at least 1, sometimes 2x per week - but this past week, Adam & I went back for more of our favorite session of the week @ East Coast Fighter, which is the Boxing Bootcamp at 10am on Saturday morning. This is my FAVORITE workout of the week, you guys! The Saturday morning class is tougher than the class we take during the week because it has more of a bootcamp element to it along with the regular boxing drills & combos we do on the heavy bag. Its just SO GOOD. And sweaty!

I've been having some major issues with my glutes, quads & hip flexors over the last 10 days - 2 weeks. No yoga in weeks + so much boxing, leg work and cardio = 2 desperately needed back-to-back rest days last week. I was totally fine with taking a day off on Thursday, planned for it, actually, but I have to admit that I was having a tough time taking that second day off. Mentally, I wanted to work out and, was telling myself that I needed to. However, physically, I just felt so fatigued. I listened to my body and took that much needed 2nd rest day which made for an amazing kickboxing class come Saturday morning. Adam & I did go for a little evening stroll before cooking dinner Friday night and that was pretty much the perfect amount of movement I needed on that day.
I absolutely love that me & Adam are boxing together! He's never boxed before and has been coming with ever since he got back home from filming this summer. He has totally fallen in love with the sport just like I did about 8 years ago!
These O's, tho! OMG. Adam is obsessed and so am I. I just seem to be exercising more self control with this box of pumpkin goodness. lol

Toggled between Level 8-10 depending on if I was stepping straight forward or turned to the side. I did about 106 floors and nearly 2k steps! My gym finally got new stair masters & I'm totally loving them!
