workouts this week : 3.6 - 3.12

Happy 'Spring Forward' Sunday, loves! Popping in from Raleigh...Adam & me took the long-over-due drive to see his Fam Bam after our boxing class on Saturday morning. When we pulled up in the drive, Adam's dad was like....when was the last time you guys were here!? We realized it was at Thanksgiving! Crazy how time flies, right!? They were with us & my family in Charlotte for Christmas, tho! 
Any way, I had a pretty great week of workouts considering it that busy week that I had...
Training sessions, real estate ( I went under contact on a house for my buyer this week!), my sister's birthday and ya know...all the other things that life bring! 


Monday. 3.6
I had the weirdest schedule on Monday, and I just felt.... so tired!!
Adam & I went to the 90 minute Deep Stretch Class @ Charlotte Yoga on Sunday night and I swear I had a deep stretch hangover! You guys, I felt SO tired!! I wanted to workout but I couldn't bring my body to do it! lol

Tuesday. 3.7
Workout with my sweat sista!!! :)

20 minutes / Treadmill / Incline, Power Walk
{ FULL BODY CIRCUIT / 3 ROUND OF EVERYTHING }
TRX SINGLE LEG SQUATS: 15x on each leg
PUSH UPS: 15x
ABS: V-UPS: 15x
ALTERNATING FRONT LUNGES + DUMBBELL SHOULDER RAISE: 10 on each leg / 20x total
TRICEPS PUSHDOWNS: 15x

Weds. 3.8 & Thursday. 3.9
3 mile walk outside both Weds & Thurs
The weather was so nice and I had a lot of stuff going on with work + Thursday was my sister's  Birthday, so I didn't make it into the gym. My mom, sis & me had a fun (boozy, oops!) lunch outside on the patio at Bricktops on Thursday. I had my fave, the Palm Beach Salad & we started with (another fave!!) the artichoke appetizer! #SOGOOD
Later that afternoon, Adam and I headed out for a long walk. Adam was on his skateboard and I was hustling to keep up with him! 

Friday. 3.10

{ FULL BODY CIRCUIT }
FLATBENCH BARBELL BENCH PRESS: 20x
SPLIT SQUATS: 15x each leg
DUMBBELL TRICEPS EXTENSIONS: 20x
ASSISTED PULL UPS: 15x

Saturday. 3.11
{ KICKBOXING @ EAST COAST FIGHTER }
We haven't been to our Saturday boxing class in way.too.long! We got up at 730 Saturday morning, had some coffee, breakfast, headed to boxing and then hit the road to Raleigh to visit Adam's family! 

After boxing, we popped into Atherton Mill for (more) coffee from Not Just Coffee!

Sunday. 3.12
{ REST DAY }

I took a little walk around the block with Adams dad & his beagle, Jack but other than that we just spent the day chilin' out and enjoying our Sunday. We will hop in the car tomorrow morning and head back to Charlotte!
