Workouts this Week : 4.10 - 4.16

Hey there, loves!! Hope everyone had a beautiful Easter Weekend! I had the most relaxing weekend with my parents. Easter Sunday winded up being just my parents & me for 2 reasons... Adam has been out of town in LA for work and my sisters family just got back from a cruise on Saturday, returning with sinus infections and strep throat. yikes! Needless to say, my sis decided to stay home with the kids & her husband. 

I had a pretty solid week of workouts last week! 2 days of strength training - a killer leg day on Tuesday - did a bunch of super sweaty cardio & finally got into the yoga studio. I haven't been to boxing in 2 weeks because of schedule conflicts but will definitely get back in the boxing gym this week and so looking forward to it.

Monday. 4.10
CARDIO / 40 minutes
Precore AMT : 20 minutes
Stair Master : 20 minutes
UPPER BODY STRENGTH CIRCUIT : 4 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
Flat Bench DB Press: 20x
Sit Ups + Twist: 20x
Side Plank Hip Raises: 12x each side
Underhand Pulldowns: 20x
{ I did Sit Ups for 2 rounds & Side Plank for 2 round }

Tuesday. 4.11
CARDIO / 30 minutes / Precore AMT
FULL BODY STRENGTH CIRCUIT : 3 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
Single Leg Glute/Ham Raises: 15x on each leg on a platform
DBTricep Extensions: 15x
Side Lunge + Upright Row: 15x on each side (30 total)
Plie Squat + Bicep Curl: 20x

Wednesday. 4.12
REST DAY
My legs were SO SORE!! Eek. 

Thursday. 4.13
CARDIO
30 minutes / Power walked on an incline. 
That was about the only thing my legs could handle this day. 

Friday. 4.14
CARDIO
25 minutes / Stair Master

Saturday. 4.15
60 Minutes Hot Yoga @ Laughing Buddha
I took Rodolfo's class for the first time and it was so good! This was my first yoga practice in I think almost 3 weeks and I so needed it. My hips were/are so tight. The 2pm Saturday class @ Buddha is only 9 bucks - sweet!! 

 

Sunday. 4.16
Easter Morning Run/Walk Outside
It was such a beautiful, breezy morning - I headed out and did 3 miles before church. I ran 2 of the 3 and it felt pretty good!
