workouts this week: 6.26 - 7.3

Hiya babes!! Quick pop into share what workouts have looked like over the last week. Between being here in Park City & home in CLT I've had a pretty awesome mix of movement and I'm feeling pretty GOOD! :)
Hope everyone had an amazing July 4th weekend full of fun! Party is over, tho! Time to get back to working on those health & fitness goals! ;)

Sunday. 6.26
60 minutes hot yoga
{ ahhh, this class was my first yoga practice (other than what I do at home) and it felt SO good & so needed }

Monday. 6.27
CARDIO / 40 minutes
stair master / 15 minutes
precore AMT / 15 minutes
run / 10 minutes
{ short & sweaty cardio sesh was a great way to kick off the week }

DYNAMIC WARM UPS / 60 SECONDS OF EVERYTHING
jumping jacks | butt kickers | high knees | high kicks (30 seconds each leg) 

FULL BODY CIRCUIT / 4 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
STEP UP + BICEP CURL: 15x each leg
FOREARM SIDE PLANK: 30 seconds each side
BENT OVER DB FLYS: 20x
IN & OUT SQUAT JUMPS: 30 seconds
SIT UPS: 20x
ALTERNATING CURTSEY LUNGES: 60 seconds

Friday. 7.1
my first day in Park City & I couldn't wait to get out and explore. 
I walked allllll over town, which is basically up hill all the time and at 7k feet, this is challenging for the cardio. Did an hour hike + ran stairs that can be found in between streets here. 

Saturday. 7.2
SEMI-REST DAY
Drove around all day and location scouted with Adam. we were in and out of the car all day walking/partially hiking at each location

Sunday. 7.3
CARDIO / 15 minutes incline walking

FULL BODY CIRCUIT / 4 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
TRAVELING PUSH UPS: 60 seconds
REVERSE LUNGE + KNEE UP + NEUTRAL SHOULDER PRESS: 15x each side (30 total)
SIT UPS: 20x
DB SKULL CRUSHERS: 20x
IN & OUT JUMP SQUATS: 30 seconds
SINGLE ARM DB ROW: 20x
