Hello Loves! Finally getting back to these WTW Posts! I've been about a month of so, I believe since I last shared what workouts have looked like. I came down with a pretty gnarly summer cold for about 10 days and then back to back weeks of travel so I honestly think this past week was my first solid week of workouts in what seems like forever! It was an awesome mix of cardio, strength and 2 yoga classes. It felt SO good to get back into my regular routine!

CARDIO / 30 minutes
1 mile / power incline walk
1 mile Sprint Intervals: 60 seconds sprint / 60 second recover
FULL BODY CIRCUIT
DB FLAT BENCH PRESS: 30x
IN & OUT JUMP SQUATS: 30 seconds
TRICEP DIPS: 20x
JUMPING LUNGES: 10x (each leg)
BENT OVER REVERSE DB FLYS: 20x
PULL UPS: 20x
CARDIO / Treadmill / 40 minutes
Sometimes I like to get on the treadmill with a set of 2-3lb dumb bells and do all kindsa crazy punching and shoulder presses & raises while I'm walking on a small incline! Its so fun and the time goes by so fast.

I think this was my favorite, most challenging class I've taken since I've started going to ECF.
We did so many rad combos on the heavy bag + tons of push ups, star jumps, jumping lunges, sit ups & took a couple runs around the building.

CARDIO / 60 minutes / Treadmill / 4.5 miles
walk: 1 mile
run: 2 miles
walk: .5 miles
run: .5 miles
walk / cool down: .5 miles
I wanted to get in a good, long & sweaty cardio sesh but I had no plans on doing a full hour. It was just one of those days where I felt like I could go forever!! felt fantastic!

Today was SO gorgeous. It was the first day in forever that it actually felt nice to be outside - the temps were in the 80's and there was virtually no humidity in the air. Ahhh, fall is near! :)
