Hello Loves! Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and your week is off to a fabulous start! We had such a nice weekend and it was so amazing to have Adam home. He is actually gone again until next Tuesday, shooting a commercial in a few different cities so needless to say, I'm hoping this week goes by quickly!

5.5 mile walk all over uptown charlotte

UPPER BODY CIRCUIT / 4 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
TRICEPS ROPE PULLDOWNS: 20x
REVERSE FLYS: 20x
FLAT BENCH DB CHEST PRESS: 20x
IN & OUT JUMP SQUATS: 25x

Wednesday. 9.7
LISS CARDIO / 30 minutes on treadmill
speed @ 3.6 | incline @ 2.0

Thursday. 9.8. 
BOXING @ East Coast Fighter

Friday. 9.9.
CARDIO / 20 minutes / incline, power walk on treadmill
speed @ 4.0 | incline @ 5.0 (no hands)
FULL BODY CIRCUIT | 3 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
SINGLE LEG TRX SQUATS: 15x (each leg)
ASSISTED PULL-UPS: 15x
SPLIT SQUATS: 15x (each leg)
CABLE FLYS: 20x
ALTERNATING DB FRONT SHOULDER RAISES: 20x (balancing on one leg, switch legs at 10 reps)

Saturday. 9.10.
REST DAY

Sunday. 9.11
Adam and I did a good 20 minute power walk outside. We looped back around to the house, I grabbed my headphones and headed back out for a 20 minute jog while he showered to get ready to head to the airport. 

Monday. 9.12
MISS CARDIO / 45-50 minute walk outside / 3.5 miles

60 MINUTE HOT YOGA
