Kale Green Smoothie
Happy Sunday loves!
Decided I needed some Kale in my life! It's been a little while since I've used kale in a smoothie so got myself a big bag earlier in the week and have been using it throughout. I typically enjoy eating my Kale in a salad or soup vs blending it up and usually stick to using using baby greens & super greens mixes because they blend up so nice & smooth, whereas the kale is a little chunkier to drink down, (which isn't my favorite) but has loads of health benefits -- super high in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Calcium & antioxidants, just to name a few!
I've been blending this baby up all week trying to undue some of the holiday damage! I feel awesome after drinking this -- so fresh & so clean, clean :)
Adding in hemp seeds provides some extra fiber + protein to help keep you full & satisfied a bit longer.
