Hello loves! How was your Monday & weekend!? I worked (story of my life lately) and spent a ton of time with the family. My sister has a huge Halloween/Birthday Party every year for my nephew’s birthday on the 29th! He just turned 11 years old and I seriously cannot believe how old both he & my niece are getting — where does the time go!? I was totally lame this year and didn’t dress up. I didn’t really feel as motivated to get a costume without Adam here to dress up with. How about you guys!?
So Fall has finally arrived here in Charlotte!! It is crisp & chilly and a bit blustery! I walked out of the house yesterday afternoon and turned right around to go back in and grab a coat — Brrrr!
One of my favorite things to wear once the weather gets cooler is a cozy, plaid button down. My closet is full of them and I’m pretty sure I’ll be adding more to the collection as we move thru the cold weather season.
This ex-boyfriend plaid shirt from Madewell is actually from last fall and they brought it back again this year! You guys know I’m always talking about investing in classic pieces that you can wear over and over again and plaid is absolutely one of those classics! Pick a few good ones and wear them for years to come…
