Hello Loves!
Checking in from 35,000 ft. as I am on my way home to Austria! There are no words to describe the amount of happiness & excitement I’m feeling at this moment…
So I have this client that I’ve been training for about 4 years and anytime he talks about something that just brings an abundance of love & happiness into your heart & life….he’ll say one of 2 things…
1) Tank Filler 2) My Tank is Full
I’ve always thought that this was just the cutest expression and had never heard it before. So, needless to say, my tank is.. full ♡
Sharing a bit more about myself, I mean, I do have 9.5 hours up here in the clouds to write & ramble…
My dad is Austrian, hence, the last name. He’s the only person in his entire family to leave home and move to the US. I suppose we could blame this on the meeting of my mother. haha
I am beyond grateful & lucky that traveling to not only Austria, but to many European countries has always been a part of the fabric of my life. Not that I remember, but my parents brought me to Austria for the very first time at just 3 months old and I’ve been so fortune to have spent many summers + other trips over to this charming, storybook land.
My dad is from the tiniest town – like walk-five-minutes-and-your-in-the-next-town small – just outside Innsbruck and its literally as if you’ve taken a step (or two) back in time, I can’t tell you how much I love this. Every time I go over, especially as I get older and life gets more hectic, my time here always has such a grounding effect and reminds me of all the things that are most important in life….
family, good friends, slowing the pace not taking yourself + all the day-to-day so damn seriously and just simply…living, breathing, relaxing, indulging and all the things that brings inner peace & contentment…
This trip over is super special as I am with my dad, sister, bro-in-law and our little peanuts (niece & nephew). We are missing my momma, as she couldn’t take this much time away from work. 🙁
I can’t wait to see my niece & nephew take it all in and watch as they experience Europe for the first time. At 5 & 8 years old, its such a wonderful age to bring them over!
I’m hoping to be able to hop on and share some photos while I’m away but not sure how the wifi situation will be. Be sure to follow along on Instagram, as I’ll be posting photos throughout my trip as much as I can!
Thanks for visiting! xx
