Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Happy FriYAY, loves!! I have another super delicious & incredibly nutritious smoothie bowl for you guys today! I decided to toss in half of a perfectly perfect avocado into the blender yesterday morning to create this rich & creamy, super satisfying Avocado Smoothie Bowl!

Avocados are full of heart-healthy, anti-inflammatory insanely-good-for-you fats. I eat a half an avocado nearly every day. The protein + healthy fat in this bowl will keep your blood sugar stabilized & tummy full & happy!

8oz. water
1/2 ripe avocado
cinnamon. about 5 shakes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of your choice
frozen banana. about 1.5
2 giants handfuls of Organic Girl Super Greens

organic blueberries & rasperries
banana slices
sprinkling of chia seeds
