My friends and clients recently purchased their very first Airbnb property and it is officially ready for guests! The property has two separate homes to book – the Main House + the Terracotta Tiny House.
Both are super cute with a fun & colorful, retro modern vibe & you can’t beat the location! You’re just 5 minutes to two of Charlotte’s hottest neighborhoods – NoDa + Plaza Midwood – where you’ll find fun restaurants, breweries & shops, many that are locally owned! The property is also about a 15 minute Uber/Lyft ride to other fun & walkable parts of CLT like Uptown, South End & Dilworth.
The main house sleeps 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms + 1 full bath. Your Primary bedroom has a King sized bed + desk that can double as a workspace or vanity for getting ready to head out for the evening. Second bedroom has a Queen sized bed + cute corner with accent wall & vintage chair.
The main living space has a colorful accent wall + full sized velvet couch + TV for hanging & relaxing.
Open kitchen & dining area have a coffee + cocktail bar, full sized table for your meals and a fully equipped kitchen should you choose to stay in & cook.
Backyard is fully fenced & features a large patio with a covered dining area, fire pit, solar string lights, and built in gas grill. There is a designated game area and corn hole boards are provided.
