Hello Hi & TGIF!! Hoping everyone has had a wonderful week!
Not quite sure why I decided to make a cold Green Smoothie for the first time in weeks on today, the coldest day of the week, but I did. lol The wind is nuts today — ya know, the kind that just goes right thru you!? Its super sunny & gorgeous tho, so that makes the cold tolerable.
Any way, just popping in to share this super simple green smoothie! I had a cucumber left in the fridge that was starting to go soft & I hate wasting food so I decided it was just perfect to toss into a smoothie.
1 med sized, organic cucumber. washed & peeled
1 med, super ripe & sweet banana
2 handfuls, organic spinach
unsweetened, vanilla almond milk. prob about a cup
That’s it! Simple green goodness! I LOVE when I use spinach in my smoothies because out of all the leafy greens, Spinach blends up the smoothest!
I drank a nice hot cup of green tea to warm me back up afterwards!
