Feeling a bit like a boomerang this week, super quick trip to Dallas to experience dinner at Spoon Bar & Kitchen, a seafood concept from rock star Chef, John Tesar.
Flew into Dallas Wednesday evening, sat in ridiculous traffic and finally arrived at the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities Hotel. Little gem of a hotel in a awesome location. Literally 2 blocks from Spoon.
Just a quick pit stop to my room to freshen up and change for dinner.

Thursday
Quick brek of scrambled eggs + oatmeal w/ raisins & banana. Green tea since I already drank about an entire pot of coffee in my room.

Don’t mind if I do….lovely salt scrub in the lobby bathroom. Nice little treat for my hands.
Found these little guys on my way out to Dallas. First time I’ve seen these chewables. I’m in the habit of taking either Emergen-C or Airborne every time I fly – I swear by this! I never get sick from traveling since I started this little habit a few years ago! Now let’s just hope I didn’t jinx myself.
