Adam & I hosted some of our closest friends for another Date Night In on Saturday night! I’m loving these Date Night’s In, rather than out, more and more. Adam & I love cooking & being in the kitchen together and its just all the more fun to prep & plan for friends!

As we often do, we popped over to Bon Appetite and decided on this simple but so satisfying recipe of Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Baby Carrots. I, of course was in charge of the salad! I created a fun Fall salad of Red Kale w/ Beet & Sweet Potato ribbons + walnuts & goat cheese. For a little extra yumminess, we grabbed some Shrimp & Pork Potstickers from our fave fish market, Clean Catch. A little too much wine, good food & lots of laughs made for another successful & super fun Date Night In!
