Hello lovelies. Hope you are all doing better than me over here. Woke up early this morning to a terrible stomach bug, body aches and chills which kept me in bed the majority of the day. ughh, So miz! Yesterday was an awesome day of work + got in 2 workouts and then boom – this hits me! So incredibly frustrating. Needless to say, not much to report but thought I would do a quick check in any way. 🙂
Like I said, really great…Busy day of work, foam rolled my legs like a champ, got in 30 minutes of cardio at the Y – intervals on the Cybex Arc Trainer (which I’m totally loving lately) + an hour of hot yoga at 815pm and some yummy, clean eats throughout the day.
Brek: Goji Berries, Pecans, Blackberries + Organic Maple Syrup
Lunch: Quinoa Veggie Scramble
Foam Rolling (quads) Total life saver
Dandelion Greens + Banana + Mango + Lemon
Feta + Spinach Stuffed Chicken w/ Steamed Broccoli & Sauteed Onions + Yellow Peppers
Fresh Fruit for dessert
And well then there’s today, so pitiful. I finally mustered up the strength to get out of bed, make coffee and cook some late morning oatmeal, which was my main meal of the day. Its unreal how debilitating the stomach flu can be. My body aches like I got hit by a train. Ouch! I finally got hungry again around 530pm when I awoke from my slumber. Snacked on random food that I thought (and hoped) wouldn’t upset my stomach. Scrambled eggs, Flaxseed Veggie chips from Trader Joe’s and some fruit.

That does it for me. Back to bed and hoping I wake up feeling better in the morning. I hear this bug is going around so be sure to take good care. xo
