Easter is one of my favorite holidays in that its just simply about the day… the meaning behind why we celebrate, its comes during my favorite season, Spring and its just a beautiful day of relaxation filled with family, good food & drinks.Every Easter, my family sits down to a traditional dinner of Lamb and roasted vegetables. So delish!

Quinoa Tabbouleh
This is amazing and so much better for you than the traditional tabbouleh which is made with bulgur wheat (no thanks) Quinoa is gluten free, full of fiber and protein. This is something I enjoy often, not just on Easter.
