Ahh…What a week it has been! I’ve squeezed in a weeks worth of clients into 3 days, the deal that I am consulting on has officially closed (I am beyond excited about this), the Oh so amazing Love Grace juices & smoothies that I am sampling were delivered today and I am off to Austin, TX for Wanderlust in the morning!! Yayyy! I’ve had this planned for months and cannot believe this weekend has finally arrived!
I’ve been running around like crazy this week trying to get everything taken care of before I leave town.
This week in a nutshell….
Tuesday was filled with clients, squeezed in a short workout of my own, taught my yoga class and finally home from the yoga studio just after 9pm.
Breakfast was pretty standard — 2 eggs scrambled & a green smoothie.
Lunch just kinda morphed into this dish of brown rice, sauteed kale, a gala apple, goji berries & chicken. It all started with the brown rice & chicken. Then I had the idea to toss in some kale which somehow led to me throwing an apple & goji berries in the pan. Sauteed everything together with some olive oil, S/P & Apple Cider Vinegar. Different but good.

I managed to stuff $10.75 worth of chicken & veggies into this little box. Thank you Whole Foods aka Whole Paycheck.
In the Gym….
Not much time for a workout. Worked in 40 minutes of cardio…
– Precore AMT: 20 minutes
– Cycle Bike: 20 minutes: 1 minute Sprint/1 minute recovery (in & out of the seat)
Eminem & Rihanna – The Monster on Repeat. Not Kidding. Probably listened to this song 6x in a row. Eminem is so angry. LOVE it! Great workout song.
Another crazy day of sessions (7 hours!) No workout, although I thought about it, but this would have stressed me to the limit on time and I would have been scrambling to do laundry, pack and get some other work taken care of. I’ve been trying to tell myself that its all going to be OKAY if I miss a couple days of workouts here and there. Still working on this.
Breakfast was this delicious smoothie! Recipe coming later this weekend.
I had a short break to run and grab food & a much needed Almond Milk Latte to get me thru the rest of the day.
I ate some quinoa & an apple in between earlier sessions that I brought from home. Definitely didn’t eat enough today.
So excited to have these delivered today! Trying out all the juices & smoothies from Love Grace Foods. The company was kind enough to send me these and I cannot wait to try each and every one! I first fell in love with this line in NYC last year — one of my favorites!
More running around after work… Target, Ulta, Lulu Lemon to see if they had anything new & cute to bring with me this weekend. Finally home to do some laundry and packing for Wanderlust!
