Finally, finally some cooler temps & fall weather, although along with it came grey skies & that annoying rainy, drizzle…this means a hat, hoodie and a stop into Rush for an Almond Milk latte. I’ve been doing so well to not have that midi coffee, but with today’s weather, I just couldn’t resist… :)
Took a killer pilates class this morning at the Y, foam rolled my legs like crazy and now deciding if I’m in the mood to knock out some cardio or try to catch a yoga class, hmmm?
