Hello & Happy Friday evening! Hope you all had a great day! Although pretty chilly out, it was another absolutely gorgeous day – the air is so fresh & crisp this time of year – LOVE! I am so happy to be home this weekend and I am spending my Friday night in. Ahh :) Friday’s are such a good night to stay in after finishing up the work week and Thursday/Saturday’s are fun for food & drinks with the girls! Yesterday was a little stressful early on, but finally got some work stuff sorted out that had been weighing heavily on me all this week & last. What a relief! Now I could snap out of my mood that I’d been in for most of the week. Whew! Finished up my last client sesh around 130, just in time to change and head over to my 3pm meeting for my new venture, which went incredibly well! Wrapped up around 5pm, starving and took myself straight to Whole Foods!
Loaded up the box with a ton of Grilled & Steamed Veggies: Broccoli, Butternut Squash, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Zucchini, & sprinkled in some raw cashews & pepitas. Blackened Chicken Breast on the side.
Hung out at WF a bit longer with my iPad to get some work done online and then wasted a little time at the mall before meeting girlfriends for dinner. Was picking up a gift for someone and of course I found my way upstairs at Neiman’s. They had an amazing sale going on that I just couldn’t turn down. Scored 3 new pieces, one being this EQUIPMENT button down. Love it, Love it!! I can’t get enough of these EQUIPMENT tops! You can dress em up/down and they are so easy & wearable from day to night. Proud to say I have never bought one at full price (they are stupid expensive) and get lucky finding them either on sale or at Marshall’s. Whoop Whoop! Love a good deal.
ohhhh selfies! Gotta love em…I’ve embraced that this is my life now that I’ve started this blog! haha I can’t wait to wear this out.
Off to dinner with the girls. Dinner at Wolfgang in Phillips Place. Had to have the meatballs! My fave. The 3 of us split two orders and I had their arugala/beet salad with loads of goat cheese – YUM! as my entree. No dressing even though you see it there on the side.
After Wolfgang, we decided to pop over to Baku for a drink and a little sweet treat!
Don’t you just love the presentation?! So pretty. Totally worth the splurge – love these chocolate truffles with raspberry sauce.
Woke up this morning feeling just a tad tired and whipped up this delicious fall oatmeal – so yummy!
Apple, Cinnamon & Goji Berry Oatmeal. Perfect for today’s crisp fall morning.
Trained for a few hours, ran back home before my 230 client to eat some lunch.

Caught the 420 class at Y2 with Kacy Pleasants…so happy for this!! 2nd practice this week AND with Kacy = double the treat! I just freakin love Kacy and her classes.
Showered up at the studio and then headed home to cook up some dinner.
Breakfast for Dinner! Quinoa w/ sauteed onions & spinach, fried egg & avocado. This was so simple, healthy & delicious. Sprinkled in some cayenne to spice it up a bit.
