Hello loves!
Eeeek! I could not be more excited for the launch of my very first motivational tank – “Fit & Happy” I’ve always been a lover of inspirational quotes & phrases and creating motivational/inspirational tee’s & tanks has been something I’ve been dreaming up in my head for quite sometime…so when the opportunity (somewhat) came knocking via local activewear company, Alot Sports, I jumped at the chance to bring this sweet aspiration of mine to fruition. Initially, Todd Mayes, owner/founder of Alot Sports came to me asking if I’d be interested in being an ambassador for his brand and with my ideas in mind, I went back to him asking if he’d be interested in matching up to create a tank together. Obviously, he was down with my idea and so, the Fit & Happy Tank was born. 🙂

FIT & HAPPY
This sweet & simple motto holds so much personal meaning to me and encapsulates such a grand component of how I choose to live my life. Even more meaningful, though, living a fit, healthy & happy life is what I wish for each and everyone one of you reading this right now.

Every day, we wake up and we are given this beautiful opportunity to start fresh – to think positively, make the right choices, to look & feel your best and cultivate a life full love, health & happiness. When it comes to health & fitness, there is no cookie cutter approach. What works for me may/may not work for you. We are all different & unique in our own, beautiful way – inside & out – and that’s amazing! Find what works for you and run with it. Love, Honor & Nourish your Body, Mind & Spirit each day by making small changes, consistent changes towards becoming the best YOU that YOU can be! xx
