Happy Friday, loves! Hope you had a wonderful week! You have no idea how glad I am to have made it thru this week!!
My back went out on Sunday and I had been in so much pain until Wednesday, started turning the corner by Thursday but still not without minor pain & being sure to not make any sudden moves. I honestly don’t think I have laid around this much in my life and cannot wait to be able to workout again…
My back started going out a couple years ago due to my extremely tight hips + glutes from all my workouts. If I don’t get to my chiropractor or in for a massage, my back gets so tight and eventually decides its had enough and completely goes out on me. This time was by far the worst – I had moments of excruciating pain that stopped me dead in my tracks and crying. Its moments like these that make me even more appreciative for my health & for having such a strong body that is capable of doing so much!

I am all about some floral sweatshirts, you guys. I mean, hello cute & cozy, right!? I found this floral pullover from Abercrombie and I am so sad that it sold out so fast! I am hoping they restock it because I think it is such a great piece to wear again & again this fall. This pullover also comes in thee cutest grey color with mini hearts on it. It is still CRAZY hot here in Charlotte so I thought it would be fun to share two ways to style this sweatshirt:
with white denim & sandals for now.
