Too good to be true, (in January) the super sunny & 60 degree temps have left us & its a dreadful, cold & super rainy day here in CLT. ugh… #winterwoes
I had a killer boxing sesh today, the first in a month (got off track due to holidays & travel) and omg, it felt AMAAAAAZING!! I felt like my heart was going to beat right out of my chest during my last 2 rounds of mitt work! LOVE it! I thought I was taking a video to share but evidently there wasn’t enough space on my phone & it cut off. Poop!
I’ve been a little hermit all week, staying in, working & working out + doing my Winter Detox & have not eaten a single meal out. Feeling amazing — super clear mentally, so much energy, and my stomach & digestive system are so happy. Still working on my post to share my detox with you all! Just in case you missed it, check out my Detox Cabbage Soup that I’ve been eating all week as a part of my detox. Its so good! :)
My love is still working out in LA and I’m missing him terribly. Cannot wait till he gets home. He sent this little bundle of happiness in the mail yesterday — so sweet!! Right?
They are brightening up this cold & dreary day, for sure! If its rainy & gross where you are..I hope they bring a smile to your face, too! Happy Friday night! xx
