Hey Heyyyy! Happy Friday dolls.
Hope you have had a happy & healthy week! This week absolutely flew by for me. Had a really fantastic week of just taking care of myself…clean eating, solid workouts, a chiro appointment + a waaay over due deep tissue massage. I can’t remember the last time I made time for a massage and goodNESS, did my muscles and soft tissues need some TLC. Between yesterdays leg workout + massage, I woke up this morning with some pretty sore stems.
Today’s workout was a simple 45 minutes on the treadmill — 2 minute walk/2 minute jog.

Goji Berries | Mulberry Berries | Pumpkin Spice | Chopped Raw Pecans | Coconut Milk
A reformed cereal lover from way back….my favorite after school snack was a nice big bowl of cereal. Now, I honestly could not tell you how many years its been since I’ve had even a bite of any type of processed, sugary box cereal. This mixture is so delicious — the mulberries & pecans lend a cereal-like crunchiness + light sweetness from the goji’s. Mmm Mmm.
Quinoa w/ tomatoes, onions & green peppers. Gala Apple.
Nice hot bowl of hearty chili. Yumm
