Pincha Practice after class last night. I am so pleased with the progress I’ve made in this forearm balance over the last 5 weeks! My pincha was pretty much nonexistent until just a couple weeks ago. I’m incredibly tight in my shoulder girdle/thoracic spine which made this pose a real betch to get into. I am feeling so much more open & stronger in this pose & I’m actually able to hold it more times than not when kicking into it. Side Note: I’m wearing my new Half Moon leggings from WITH 🙂 LOVE!

one of my favorite teas for beautiful, glowing skin – lychee coconut green tea from Tea Forté yum! healthy snack plate after an hour of arm balance & inversion work this afternoon.
I’m lovin’ on some grapefruit lately. I’ve been drinking fresh squeezed grapefruit juice almost every morning for nearly a month but there’s nothing like fresh citrus fruits! Now is the time/season to enjoy them… eat these juicy babies up! 🙂
