My family and I had such a nice day, celebrating my mom & my sister over a long brunch at
The Ballantyne Hotel!

The Ballantyne is well known for putting on these fabulous holiday brunches – Mother’s Day, Christmas, Thanksgiving – and after hearing so much about this famous buffet, my mom thought it would be fun to finally check it out for her special day! They offer quite the spread — tables & tables of yummy local cheeses, meats, fresh & dried fruits, several salads to choose from (the roasted cauliflower was my fave), roasted vegetables & hummus, a fantastic raw bar (YUM) with some pretty impressive oysters & mussels + smoked salmon, shrimp cocktail & such, an omelette station, hot bar/carving station, plenty of sides to choose from and of course, lets not forget dessert — too many yummy, mini creations to try! If you’ve never checked out this awesome brunch its definitely worth experiencing and such a lovely way to spend a special occasion with family & friends!
