Happy Weekend

Especially enjoying this weekend as I have my babe back by my side after he was working out of the country for 10 days. It couldn’t be a more perfectly perfect fall weekend here in CLT and I’m happy as a clam doing all the things I love with the people I love. ♡

Hoping everyone has had a beautiful weekend, making time for the things that bring you peace, love and happiness before moving into another week of work & all the busyness that life throws our way.. xx

Saturday kicked off as it often does with green smoothies & flying out the door to make it to yoga fusion at Laughing Buddha. Class was amazing as always but I really loved this weeks class as it was super cardio intense with a gazillion squats and boxing drills.

popped into Little Spoon to sit out on the patio, enjoy the day and this delicious burger + mimosas. I had a few bites of the burger, no bread.

ate this left over salad from dinner Friday night to hold me over before heading out to dinner..

Sunday started at 1030am with coffee, this delicious brekkie that my honey made me and a nice long walk to soak up some fresh fall air & sunshine….

my moms company was having a “family fun day” out at Charlotte Motor Speedway so I met up with the parents, my sis, niece & nephew for a few hours of family time. I got to drive around the track which was so much fun and I’ve always wanted to do. Sadly, we weren’t allowed to go over 80 mph :( but it was still such a cool experience. I had my niece and nephew in the car with me and it was just the cutest thing!
