A quick tidbit about myself. I am so NOT a podcast person. Like, not in the least.
For me, podcasts are like books. If its about a topic I am uninterested in, my mind wanders & anything being said basically goes in one ear & out the other. This couldn’t be further from the case when it comes to The Model Health Show! This podcast completely captivates me with all of its incredible health/fitness/wellness information. I typically listen to The Model Health Show in the car driving to & from work, before bed at night and occasionally while I’m on a walk. Like Shawn, my wish for everyone is to be the healthiest, happiest version of themselves!
