Hello Hi! Checking in from 35k. On my way out to sunny Los Angeles and oh-so happily saying peace out to the bone-chilling, freezing cold CLT weather behind for a few days! wee…. :)))
I couldn’t be leaving CLT on a better day considering its the coldest day of the winter thus far and every ounce of my being loathes winter, especially when its get this cold. My love is out west til early Feb and we just can’t be apart that long, so I’m heading out to spend some time with him + soak up some sun, fun, sand, palm trees, relax and all that good stuff that you do on winter holiday.
Been fighting a cold all week… barely working out, sleeping a lot, overdosing on vitamins + holistic remedies like Apple Cider Vinegar, Elderberry Syrup, wellness teas & Astragalus. I seem to be keeping it at bay and hoping I’ll feel better enough in a couple days to get in some awesome workouts while in LA + check out some neat spots I have on my radar! I’ll be checking in AMAP but be sure to follow along on my Instagram. xx
