If someone were to ask me what one of my favorite scents would be, lavender would no doubt be one of the firsts to come to mind. Lovely lavender is known to promote relaxation & a deeper sleep + help to calm nerves & even anxiety. And, its jut smells really amazing! Washing my hands with lavender soap or using my all time fave L’Occitane Lavender Hand Cream brings about a moment of calm, as I breathe in this soothing scent.
Another one of my must-have lavender products is Meyer’s Lavender Laundry Detergent. You guys, if you think crawling into a bed of freshly washed sheets feels amazing, try a fresh bed that smells of lavender. ahhh :) Once I started using Meyer’s Lavender Laundry Detergent, there was no other detergent for me. Of course I love the smell, but I also love the fact that this detergent is free of any harmful chemicals and/or dyes. Mrs. Meyer’s is #winning, for sure! lol
Adding to that heavenly bed feeling, here’s a little LS Sleep Sweetener: Add just 1-2 drops of Aura Cacia lavender essential oil to your pillow case or anywhere near where you lay your head to rest and breathe in this calming scent as you drift off to sleep at the end of a long day. Ahhh :) Aura Cacia has some really amazing, pure essential oils. I highly recc this brand.
