Mango Green Smoothie Recipe
Happy Smoothie Sunday Green Babies!!
The sun is shining, the snow is melting and this weeks forecast is showing temps in the mid 60’s and even into the 70’s! Oyeaaaaa….I couldn’t be happier about this! Last weeks snow and freezing cold weather had me a little unmotivated to drink ice cold smoothies but, I loaded up on all kinds of fruits this weekend, fresh & frozen, so I can blend up some yummy smoothies all week long. When I was in London a few weeks ago, I drank a few smoothies that had lime juice rather than lemon and totally loved it, so today’s smoothie was made with lime vs. my usual lemon juice. Main ingredients are pictured and a few extra “boosters” for you to either try or leave out. I actually used to hate ginger and now love it. It most definitely has a pungent taste that may or may not be for you BUT, I encourage you to try it out because of its many health benefits, such as…natural anti-inflammatory, cancer fighter, soothe an upset stomach/nausea + an awesome way to boost your immune system. You can start with the a tiny piece and build up as you acquire a taste for it. Throw everything in the blender, blend & enjoy! xx
Main Ingredients:
– Deep Green Power Greens Blend (Earth Fare)

– 1 Banana – 1 Kiwi
– 1/2 Lime, juiced
– Splash USV Almond Milk + Water
Boosters:
– Fresh Ginger (1 inch chunk, peeled)
– 1 TSPN Ground Flaxseed
– Cinnamon
