Hi friends! Happy September / Happy Labor Day Weekend! Kinda can’t believe I just said that…how is it September!? This summer totally flew by. The whole year has been flying by, actually. I hope you all have had an amazing summer! I have been swamped with real estate and filling my free time with lots of workouts, started tennis lessons a couple weeks ago and loving it (I’d love to join a league sometime soon!) + having so much fun with friends & family…lots of pool time, fun nights out full of yummy eats & drinks + a few fun days out on Lake Norman.
All that said, I totally missed sharing my monthly favorites for July & August…so here we are with a big post of things I’ve loving over the last couple months! Hope you enjoy & have a great weekend! xx
WATCHING.
MANIFEST. omg, I started watching and could not stop. There were many nights where I had to cut myself off somewhere between 1-2am. haha I binge watched all 3 seasons and they just announced that Netflix picked up Season 4 which makes me SO happy!
MDLNY. Season 9 of Million Dollar Listing NY just wrapped up last week and I think I’m actually going to watch the Los Angeles season now that Fredrik is officially a part of the show.
SELLING SUNSET. More real estate TV. {haha} It took me a while to give this show a chance but once I started, I totally loved it – I watched all 3 seasons in a couple weeks and now I’m just patiently waiting on Season 4 to start. There’s definitely a lot of drama between the girls working in the office, but the real estate is amazing and I love seeing these women kill it selling so many amazing properties!

I just purchased these Marc Fisher slides and I’m loving them — they are so simple & classic. I got them in black. They come in 4 more colors. They do run small. I sized up 1/2 size and they fit perfect.
Loving this pair of white denim from FRAME. Purchased at Nordstrom Rack. I’ve been needing a new pair of white jeans and these fit so well. They have the perfect amount of stretch. If you’re in need of a new pair of white jeans and don’t want to spend a fortune, Nordstrom Rack has some really great options that you can check out here.
My Levis Wedgie Jeans are a constant. I am guilty of wearing them too much and I don’t care. {haha} They just look cute with everything!
I just got these OG Asics in at the end of August and I am obsessed! Such a perfect neutral sneaker for fall. I’ll be wearing these with everything.
One of my favorite girls on the ‘gram, Belen Hostalet, started her own brand of luxury activewear, Manola, and I absolutely love it. I finally ordered a couple pieces last month – the Iconica Sweatshirt in Green + the Gabriela Hoodie in Avorio – and I definitely find myself reaching for these soft & cozy pullovers over & over again. The quality is amazing, made with all sustainable materials. If you’re thinking of placing an order, keep an eye out for sales & re-stocks. I purchased both sweatshirts on a pre-order sale in the beginning of July and they arrived end of August. I also ordered the Cycling Short, and while they were super cute and I loved the fit & feel most everywhere, I didn’t love how they were too tight / kinda squeezed at the bottom on my mid-thighs. Just not the most flattering on me.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I literally only purchased 4 items from the Nordstrom Sale this year. I have so many sweaters, cardigans & boots for fall / winter, I just didn’t feel like I needed anything. That, and so many of the pieces in the sale were basically that same items from previous years just with slight variations for the new season. I purchased this long, plaid shirt jacket, this houndstooth sweater vest and this pocket cardigan in beige / oatmeal.
I got really lucky with some great sale finds at Anthro throughout the summer. A few cute tops + this dress that I stalked until it went on sale! Sadly, most everything is sold out so I can’t link to them, but there are so many great pieces on major sale right now. This Ruffled Lace Tank is still available. I purchased the green color…it was calling my name as we head into fall. I’ve already worn it once with my Levis + a pair of neutral, kitten heels. I think it will look super cute with a pair of black skinny jeans + strappy, black heels for a night out.

Summer Fridays Cloud Dew Moisturizer. I’ve gone thru 2 of these and it’s definitely a favorite that I will continue to use.
Beuti Sleep Elixer. Absolutely loved this night time face oil. Feels amazing. Smells amazing. Super hydrating. Sadly, sold out at Aillea at the moment.
Maya Chia – The Eye Achiever. This was my second time using this eye serum. Really loved it, but I am going to try out something new. My only complaint, is with it being a serum, if I accidentally put it too close to my eyes, it would make my eyes water.
I purchased an Olaplex Hair Care Set during the Nordy Sale and I have been absolutely LOVING these products. My sister started using Olaplex products over a year ago and I’ve used them a number of times if we are together. The set, which included their Bond Maintenance Shampoo & Conditioner + No. 3 Hair Perfector, was such a great deal but after using these for the last 6+ weeks, I can honestly say I would pay full price for them! I literally use like a dime sized amount of the shampoo, the conditioner is so thick & hydrating, you don’t need to use a ton & the Hair Perfector is only used 1-2x a week depending on your hair.
