Motivation Monday – Live Inspired

Yup. Stop WAITING for things to happen. GO out and MAKE them happen. Hows that for some motivation on this Monday!? Found this poster this morning and have been repeating it to myself all. damn. day. So, I had a really incredible inspiring/motivational/kick in the ass trip to NYC this past weekend that started with a meeting that couldn’t have gone any better. The problem?? I’m going to have to make some tough decisions and changes in order to MAKE THINGS HAPPEN. I wish I could jump thru this screen and share with each one of you the excitement and positive energy I’ve been feeling all day long. I want to encourage all of you to go after all the things that you want in your life. Whether it be a healthier, fitter (this means happier) version of you, find a new, more fulfilling job/career, better relationships in your life or improving current ones, TRAVEL (the best thing you can do for yourself)…whatever it is, Believe in Yourself — be strong, be confidant, be powerful & determined. Have faith in what you are capable of accomplishing.

Always Believe in yourself to fly to your dreams.

Chia Oatmeal

Chia Oatmeal
1/4 cup oats | TBSP Chia Seeds | Cacao Nibs & Goji Berries This bowl of oats + chia seeds is so filling & satisfying. Woke up starving since all I had was a green smoothie for dinner after yoga last night. This seriously hit the spot!

Health Snacks to Go

Whole Foods Groceries

This afternoons Whole Foods goodies. Lots of greens, eggs, fruits and a couple new thangs — Acai Powder & shredded coconut. And some teas to help boost my immune system –  Echinacea Plus & Seasonal Well-being.

  Working on a yummy new smoothie for this weeks Smoothie Sunday post…

Baby Kale Salad

Threw together this totally random Baby Kale salad for din. Big handful of kale, cherry tomatoes, onion, roasted red pepper (hiding at the bottom) avocado + cooked 2 egg whites/1 whole, (crepe style) cut it up in slices to toss in for some protein and threw some fresh salsa on top! Voilà.

Spent our first day at Elia Beach + an incredible lunch at Kiki’s. Totally worth the 1.5 hour wait. 👌🏼 went for a swim in the cove below after we ate and I have no words for how stunningly beautiful the water is here! 🩵⁣
