This past weekend, while staying at The Umstead Hotel in Raleigh, I discovered and fell in love with Pok Pok Som Drinking Vinegar. Handcrafted in Portland, OR, these rad vinegars came to life at Pok Pok, (naturally) the restaurant of James Beard Award Winning Chef – Andy Rickar.
A major fan of vinegar – ACV in particular – and all of its amazing health benefits, ordering one of these drinking vinegars was a no-brainer. I went for the Apple flavor and completely loved it! Several delicious flavor to choose from; Apple, Honey, Tamarind, Basil, Pomegranate, Thai Basil, Ginger, Raspberry & Pineapple – these drinking vinegars are full strength and no doubt, should be enjoyed diluted.
Create a refreshing health tonic of sorts, mixing 1 part vinegar/4 parts sparkling water. Or pick your poison, get creative and have a little handcrafted cocktail fun at home! 🙂 xx
