so Adam was actually home 2 weekends ago — a quick in on Friday night and gone on Sunday evening. It couldn’t have been more amazing to have him home even if it was just for 2 days. We had an amazing weekend together that meant so much to both of us and truly makes you realize that home is where the heart is….visting him in #RVA is fun but there’s just no comparison to that feeling of being home…in our kitchen, in our bed & going to some of our favorite locals haunts.
Friday night was the just the perfect welcome home (for the weekend) date night in…
Crab cakes from our fave fish market, Clean Catch, for simple & delicious dinner. TOO much wine, amazing dark chocolate and a very fun, first night home. 😉 haha
the best cure for a hangover… sweat x french fries! haha
we had a kick ass workout at the Y followed by lunch @ Bricktops. The seared tuna salad, is one of my faves. and their shoe string fries are crazy yum!
