2) I am super excited to officially announce that my mother, Dori, and I have started our own Firm – Schwaiger Realty Group!
After taking all the necessary steps to start our own brokerage, Schwaiger Realty Group, officially came to life in November of 2018.
Since I got into the business in 2016, my mother and I have been working together as a team under a few different firms. Ultimately, with her experience + nearly 25 years in the business, we decided is was about time to start our own firm and I am so happy we took the leap in doing so!
A little bit about us…
Dori lives in the Ballantyne area and I live just outside Uptown Charlotte. We specialize in and mainly work with buyers/sellers in these areas and everything in between – think: Uptown Charlotte, Wesley Heights, Dilworth, Myers Park, South Park, Cotswold, Ballantyne, all the popular pockets such a as Sedgefield, Elizabeth, Montclair, Villa Heights, Belmont, etc., as well as Weddington & Waxhaw in Union County – however, that’s not to say we don’t work outside of these areas/neighborhoods. With that being said, we like to fancy ourselves area experts and feel we serve our clients best when working in the areas we “work, live and play” in, so to speak.
