Hello & Happy September, loves. Eeek!
Can you believe its September, already!?
I know I can’t, but I certainly am glad to say goodbye to summer. Its been a miserably hot one in CLT (and all over the world!) this year and I couldn’t be happier to say that fall IS in the air! ahhh :)
The temps & the humidity have dropped over the last week, bringing us that kinda weather where you just want to spend every moment outside — walking, bike riding, sitting on a patio with friends & family over delicious food, a great glass of wine & good conversation, drive with the windows (singing is required), open up all the windows in the house — and just soak up that indescribable, fall feeling. Long time followers know by now that fall is no doubt my favorite season of the year. I love Summer, I love Spring. But there’s just something about that Autumnal energy. Of course, it won’t be long until I’m complaining of the freezing cold and wishing for summer, but for now, I will relish in this beautiful season and all it brings….
I know I’m jumping the gun just a bit, but seriously tho, fall is just around the corner! Weee
