Still snowing here in CLT and so enjoying it. Out of the house for only a couple of hours early this morning/afternoon and not wanting to take any chances on the roads, I’ve been all snuggled up online and in the house. Couldn’t be more relaxed. Hope you all had a wonderful day.

BOGO Strawberries at HT turned into this concoction that I’m going to call Strawberry Chia Pudding. yep.
Strawberries | Goji Berries | Cacao Nibs | 1 TBSPN Chia Seeds | USV Almond Milk + Ice
I let it sit in the fridge for about 5 minutes, to thicken and then ate with a spoon. was like a dessert. yum.
2 Chicken Frikadellen over Salsa + 1/4 Avocado
Turned this beautiful broccoli in to a delish Broccoli Soup!!
Nothing like a cozy bowl of soup on a snow day.
