Hello, Hi!Hope everyone is having a wonderful week! Sooo, Really not much to report over here…still sick. ugh Yesterday was just ridiculous — crazy congested, bubble head, walked around in a daze all day and literally felt as if I was a hazard on the road at one point. Not kidding. Slept well last night and woke up feeling much better today. Got enough energy back to get in a pretty decent workout this afternoon. 20 minutes of power walkin’ 2 separate times. (between afternoon & evening sessions) Afternoon 20 minutes + this little Shoulder/Chest/Triceps Circuit
– Cable Flys: 20 x 3
– Tricep Dips: (one leg lifted, switch 1/2 way thru) 20 x 3
– Balancing: Front & Side (lateral) Shoulder Raises: 20 x 3
– Balancing: Leg Lifts (resistance band around ankles) 20 x 3
Other than that, did lots of grocery shopping at both Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods on Monday & Tuesday to stock up on loads of fresh greens, fruits & veggies for a weeks worth of clean eating. uhmm, I tend to be even crazier about my diet when I’m not working out as hard as I like to… Lots of clean eating inspiration here! Steamed a bunch of sweet potatoes & roasted some Brussels to eat throughout the week. They looked so good I decided to simply eat this for a light, vegetarian din.
