Hiya Loves & Hellooooo FriYAY! Hope everyone has had a wonderful week! These last 2 weeks have just crawled, as I’m jumping out of my skin to get back to my boo boo in Park City next week! I was originally supposed to head out yesterday to spend a long weekend together but I’ve been sick all week + Adam actually has to work this weekend… soooo, next week just works out better overall. I cannot wait to escape the heat & humidity here in CLT, ugh! For whatever reason, I’m just not tolerating the heat very well this year & its just so draining! I seem to be living off of all things cold like smoothies & smoothie bowls like this Strawberry & Banana Smoothie Bowl!
This is like THE simplest smoothie bowl, guys!
And yes, it tastes like dessert, which makes it even better!! (haha)

STRAWBERRY BANANA SUMMER SMOOTHIE BOWL
BASE
coconut water. 6-8oz
1 frozen banana
frozen, organic strawberries. 1 cup
plant based vanilla protein powder(optional)
TOPPINGS
fresh, organic strawberries, blueberries & raspberries
unsweetened coconut flakes
{ if your not using frozen banana/fruit add less liquid | add a scoop of protein to make this more of a meal or simply stick to just the fruit for a delicious, frozen treat! The coconut water + banana & all the berries make this super hydrating + its full of potassium, antioxidants for your skin & fiber to fill up your tummy! }
